I made a list of things to consider for the party and we went from there. We didn't have great communication as a group though, and this is something we need to work on for next time as it meant we weren't all aware of any changes to the plan and if someone was off ill, it affected what work we were able to get done.

Saffron designed the poster for the event. We stuck it up around college and handed out flyer versions. The event was also promoted through word-of-mouth between friends.

THE EVENT

​

The party went quite well. We had a turnout of around 44 people and everyone seemed happy. A lot of people got involved with the performances and karaoke which was great too. For the next event, we should try and stick to the theme more as not that many people performed/sang Christmas songs and it felt like more of a 'general' event, apart from the Christmas decorations we put up.
